Incubation Academy
Program Overview
The JCOD Incubation Academy supports grassroot 501(c)(3) and faith-based organizations located in and registered within LA County, with a focus on organizations that often face barriers securing government funding and capacity building.
This program Provides 12 weeks of training, 6 months of executive coaching and unlimited access to other resources that focuses on organizational growth, management contracting, capacity mapping and mentorship for community based organizations (CBOs) that serve communities and people across all of LA County.
Target Organizations:
- 501(c)(3) status, and/ or faith-based organization
- Grassroots and small CBOs (less than 50 full-time employees)
- Community-rooted leadership (Organizations led by individuals with lived experience or deep ties to the communities they serve)
- Priority given to organizations serving the highest need areas and offering a wide range of services
Graduates from Cohorts 1- 9 Have received more than $120 million in Combined Capacity-Building, County, and CFCI Grants.
