Join JCOD at Dirtbags Long Beach as we celebrate the graduates of Dirtbags Academy and the hard work, growth, and determination that brought them to this milestone.

Rooted in the heart of Long Beach, Dirtbags is more than a custom Harley-Davidson shop; it’s a grassroots community dedicated to helping young people overcome barriers, discover their potential, and build pathways toward meaningful careers.

Through hands-on training, mentorship, real-world projects and personal development, Dirtbags Academy gives young people the opportunity to learn practical skills, build confidence, and take steps toward becoming self-reliant.

This graduation is a celebration of those accomplishments and of the mentors, families, community members and partners who helped make them possible.

JCOD is proud to join Dirtbags Long Beach in celebrating the next chapter for these graduates.
